Jeffrey McCullough
The “Bruce Springsteen” of alternative rock, but don’t call him “The Boss.” He is too humble to accept the title. He would rather keep it steady at the wheel with his hard-driving songs and writing. Playing music since the age of 17, he first found his musical self by being a vocalist DJ’ing and a bassist in a rock band.
Drawing inspiration from his first concert, which was “Dio,” he recalls, “I was thinking to myself, I want to do music,” the concert was at UNO Lakefront arena in his hometown of New Orleans, LA.
Self-improvement, learning from past experiences, and drawing up a better life by putting all these thoughts, feeling, and dedicated passion makes the language of music for Jeffrey. The studio brings that to life with deep cutting guitar riffs powered by Mesa Boogie cabs and distortion. The exciting feeling of when a song is finished and ready for his friends and family to experience it all brings it home.
His latest release “Dragon Me Around” is sure to catch your attention, especially with the epic guitar solo gives a punch at the 2:14 mark of the song. He is currently in the studio finishing up his debut EP which is set to release in the late summer of 2020.
